request to My wife and I are active volunteers for Intermountain Therapy Animals, a non-profit organization that brings animal resources to human needs. They specialize in animal-assisted therapy in the areas of physical, occupational, speech and psychotherapies. We have a Golden Retriever, Truman, and border collie, Pearl (photos of Pearl). Pearl and I were evaluated and became an official Pet Partner therapy team this past summer. We hope to have Truman evaluated and certified as a therapy dog in the near future. We had a mixed-breed therapy dog,Tara, who passed away on March 1, 2006 after 13 happy years with us. Our other mixed-breed therapy dog, Kirby, crossed the rainbow bridge recently, after six wonderful, happy years with us. We have a memorial in his memory. What's new with me?January 10, 2006: This is going to be an adventurous year for us. We're going on "The Dream Tour", an 8-month bicycle tour. www.thedreamtour.org. June 26, 2004: We bought a scooter today. View the pictures. January 1, 2004: Added some photos from a snowstorm just after Christmas 2003. This storm swept through northern Utah on December 26th and 27th. September 23, 2003: Added a series of photos from LOTOJA XXI held September 13th of this year. December 2002: Added a series of photos from our trip to Denver for Thanksgiving. November 2002: Added a series of photos of Truman, a golden retriever that we adopted from the Companion Golden Retriever Rescue in Logan, Utah. November 2002: Added pictures from LOTOJA XX, held on September 14, 2002. September 2002: Added a memorial to our dog Kirby. Kirby passed away suddenly on August 3, 2002, after 6 happy, healthy, and wonderful years with us. June 2002: Pictures from 2002 High Uintas Classic Stage Race. February 2002: Pictures from our trip to the Women's 5 km Free Pursuit event of the Salt Lake 2002 Olympics. December 29, 2001: Christmas photos added to my photo gallery. Check out the photos. October 21, 2000: This summer, I bought a new custom-made bicycle frame. The frame was built by Seven Cycles in Watertown, Massachusetts. I have added a number of photos of my new bicycle. December 12, 1999: We spent Thanksgiving in Denver with my two brothers and their families. I have added a directory with photos from that trip. October 31, 1999: We just returned from a trip to London and Paris. I have added a travelogue and trip photos.
