After leaving Sainte-Chapelle, we crossed the Seine to a part of Paris called Les Halles. Musée du Louvre is in this area. It was too late in the afternoon to consider going in, so we continued our walk past Musée du Louvre towards Jardin des Tuileries.

A fountain in Jardin des Tuileries. We stopped and sat by the fountain for a while. It was a popular spot—there were a lot of people stopping by the fountain and sitting in one of the chairs.
