Plans for the Millennium Wheel include a restaurant, but I'm not
sure if it will be within one of the passenger "pods" or at the center. The Millennium Wheel is one of
several Millennium projects: the Millennium Dome and Millennium Bridge are others.

It was interesting to see this different outlook on the coming of the new millennium. In Europe,
it appears to be mostly an opportunity for partying and/or vacationing; in the U.S., it seems like
it's an opportunity to head for the hills or hide in your basement.
